Disclaimer:

- I understand that skate activities have associated risks and that The Skate Club are not liable for any damage/loss/injury incurred.

- I accept that I am fully responsible for the health, fitness, safety and welfare of my child both on and off of The Skate Club ramps and rails and I have been instructed that my child should wear the protective equipment provided.

- I accept that my child's participation in the activities and use of all equipment, including The Skate Club ramps and rails, is completely at my own risk.

- I accept that The Skate Club staff and associates shall not be held liable for any loss or damage, however arising, suffered by any participant at this event.

- I expressly agree and declare that I have voluntarily accepted all the matters, including all the risks, responsibilities and obligations outlined.

Terms and Conditions

- Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved 

- The Skate Club or any of its staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.

- The Skate Club reserves the right to remove, without refund, anyone found to be displaying behaviour that could put other participants in danger.

- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at info@skatewithjack.co.uk / 07799282839.

- Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.

- You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
